Project Manager (NEC ECC Experience)

£55,000-£65,000 + Progression + Training and support through chartership + Discretionary bonus + Flexible working + 5% Pension, rising to 7%

Are you a Project Manager with experience in managing projects under the NEC Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC) framework looking to work for an award winning consultancy, who will support you with additional qualifications and chartership?

In this role, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the successful execution of construction projects under several forms of contract and several at any one time under the NEC ECC contract.

This role would suit a Project Manager based in East Yorkshire with proven experience as a Construction Project Manager with a strong background in managing projects under the NEC ECC contract.

The Role:

• 70% office based, 30% site visits
• Managing range of projects in Civil and Structural engineering
• Lead the planning, implementation, and execution of construction projects
• Contract administration
• Client facing
• Chartership opportunities

The Person

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager with a strong background in managing projects under the NEC ECC contract.
• In-depth knowledge of contract administration, the NEC ECC contract, including compensation events, and risk management.
