Zest 4 Talent has a fantastic new opportunity as  a Senior Telesales Executive for a growing managed Service IT Provider. This isn’t your run of the mill telesales role. A healthy basic salary of up to £40k is on offer with commission on top ( OTE £50k) plus you will be growing your telesales team at 6 months and will be appointed Telesales Manager.  A generous benefits package is on offer including 25 days holiday, pension, uncapped commission, free parking, early finish on Fridays and free Friday breakfast.

Hours are 8-4.30 Mon- Fri and you will be based at their offices in Hook. Hybrid will be considered for the right person.

The company provide their services to SME’s and having started regionally are growing their national presence.

The Telesales role overview:

• Reporting directly to the Sales Director you will be responsible all telesales performance
• Using the existing database you will be calling cold and warm leads to book meetings for the business development team
• Recruiting your own team of telesales executives
• Achieving realistic sales targets of 8 meetings per month. You will be paid £15 per meeting and a further £250 per sales conversion.

The successful candidate will have a tenacious and driven attitude with a consultative and professional sales approach. To fit in with the existing team you will have a proactive and positive attitude.  Your efforts will have a positive effect on the general growth plans for the business so you input is key in its continued success. You will have previous telesales experience and proof of success and be looking for your next step into telesales management.  Experience working in the technology sector is preferred but not essential.
