Your Next Job – What You’ll Be Doing
This  privately owned, expanding mid-sized housebuilder is currently looking for a Site Manager to oversee a 15-unit traditional build residential development near Leighton Buzzard. As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing the site day-to-day, ensuring all construction activities are carried out safely, on time, and to the highest standards. You will lead a team of subcontractors, coordinate with the office and delivery teams, and liaise closely with clients to ensure their expectations are met. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in site management within residential construction, with excellent leadership and organisational skills. Experience in traditional build projects is highly desirable.
