Exciting opportunity for a Sales Consultant to work with a Leading Residential Developer including Commission!

• £26k - £28k + commission

The Role: 

We are looking for a sales Consultant to work with a Leading Residential Developer who build Nationally. Due to significant growth, they now have a need for an additional Sales Consultant. Our client has over 60 years’ experience and have a reputation for high quality design and build, sound governance and good management practices. Their expertise has been recognised with various awards, including Large Housebuilder of the year (2017) at the Housebuilder award and together we are working on identifying an additional Sales Consultant to work on a site in West Sussex.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our projects, guiding customers through the home-buying journey. Your role will involve:

• Engaging with potential buyers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
• Managing the entire sales process from initial inquiry to completion.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in sales, ideally within the property or housing sector but not essential.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• A customer-focused approach with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Self-motivation, with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
• Willing to travel to all sales sites, including regional offices
• Proven track record of achievement sales targets.
• Full driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle.
