A leading organisation in Reading requires a Desktop Support Analyst to join its fantastic growing team.
Ideal candidates will have the following:
- Proven experience in support: MS Office Suite, Office 365 and Windows 10/11
- Excellent interpersonal skills or prior experience in a customer service role
- Experience with a ticketing system (Desired)
- Previous 2nd Line support experience
- Previous Desk Support experience
