R13 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join a brilliant educational organisation. In this integral role within the business, you will be utilising your outstanding HR knowledge to provide support & guidance alongside handling complex HR issues, change management processes and workforce performance management.

This is a part-time opportunity working 20 hours per week, Wednesday to Friday. The offered salary for this position is £35,000 - £36,500 per annum pro rata DOE.

The day to day

  • Working in collaboration with key managers across the organisation to ensure HR issues are mitigated and appropriately manager, & HR strategy is rolled out effectively.
  • Providing support & guidance to managers regarding HR related issues.
  • Supporting change management processes.
  • Management of absences, supporting line manager in handling sickness & liaising with external services where appropriate.
  • Implementation of HR policies and procedures including recruitment & retention.
  • Promoting effective communication during formal processes & procedures.

You will have/be

  • CIPD qualified to level 5, or above.
  • Proven experience working in a HR position, handling a large, diverse caseload.
  • Confident working in a busy HR environment within a large, complex organisation.
  • Computer literate with experience of HR/Payroll software.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with individuals at all levels.
  • Solutions focused, able to provide positive outcomes & able to use systems/technologies effectively.
