As a Residential Property Solicitor, you will deal with a diversified workload where one of the main goals is to support the growth and development of the firm.
The Residential Property Solicitor will:
- Required to manage a caseload of residential property files from inception to completion
- Liaising with clients, lenders, third-party solicitors, estate agents, etc.
- Responsible for managing relationships with clients throughout their whole transaction
- Preparing and drafting necessary correspondence and documents
- Undertake a varied caseload of mainly residential property matters
- Offer exceptional service and expertise to match the firm’s high standards
- Be an integral and supportive member of the property department as a whole
- Provide support to other members of the team
- Draft and prepare various real estate documents
- Supervise and develop more junior members of staff as may be required
- Complete MI procedures as and when required
- Achieve set financial and chargeable targets
- NQ-1 years PQE
- Have experience undertaking a varied caseload of mainly residential property matters
- Good written and verbal communication to deal with a broad range of clients and the willingness to provide the highest standard of client care
- Can network in order to promote the practice
- Ability to work under pressure to meet the deadlines
- Good decision-making skills
- Self-starter and motivator
