Global Marketing Manager – put yourself on the path to becoming a CMO

Are you in a marketing position with zero autonomy, no room for career development and growth?

Would you like to have full ownership of a brand overhaul on a path to becoming a CMO?

We believe we have all of this and more.

You’re going to be working directly with the board of directors, owning marketing strategy and execution, and everything involved in our internal and external marketing. Don’t worry, you won’t be doing this on your own, you’ll have plenty of support and you will be building the marketing team from the ground up.

Our plans for 2025 have already started and you’ll be key to making them become a reality. From redeveloping our website, to modernising and overhauling the brand, you’ll be a figurehead for Saragossa’s branding and marketing and there’s plenty more where that came from.

Beyond the initial projects, you and your future team can expect work on updating our marketing strategies to promote our services and solutions, work closely with sales to turbo charge their capabilities, plan, and co-ordinate events to embed the Saragossa brand into the minds of technologists, globally.

There’s plenty to do and we’ll do all we can to help you do it. You’ll need to have several years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally within technology-related services, consulting, staffing or outsourcing.

We’d love to see examples of your work and achievements showing your commercial mindset and your creative mind.

Currently we have offices in Bristol, London and Chicago and you will work from London Your package will consist of salary (we can discuss this further when we speak), bonuses and various benefits. This is the first marketing position of this seniority that we’ve hired, so we’re keen to be flexible.

By the end of 2028, we’re hoping to have 7 international offices, 200+ employees, and over £65m in revenue.
