As a Key Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for valued clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. Your role will involve managing and growing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. You’ll play a critical role in driving the company’s success by maintaining strong, long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify opportunities to up sell and cross-sell products or services to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customised solutions that meet client needs.
  • Monitor account performance, providing regular updates and insights to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximise profit and client satisfaction.
  • Resolve client issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience and outcome.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
