Technical Mechanical Engineer for Renewable Energy Sector in Shrewsbury

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Technical Mechanical Engineer to join our client's team in the renewable energy sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects that involve designing, developing, and maintaining mechanical systems within an energy centre or recovery facility.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Professional accreditation with relevant institutions such as IMechE (Institution of Mechanical Engineers) or CIBSE (Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers)

Skills:
Mechanical Design - Experience creating detailed designs using 2D/3D software tools like AutoCAD.
Project Engineering - Ability to manage project timelines from conception through completion while coordinating between stakeholders and contractors.
Decarbonisation - Knowledge about carbon reduction strategies by implementing alternate sources of fuel into power generation processes.
CHP / Gas Boilers / Plant room - Expertise operating these types of equipment used widely across industrial sectors including hospitals & commercial buildings.
Energy Centre/Energy Recovery Facility - Familiarity with the operation principles governing Thermal Power Plants is desirable.

This position is on Contract basis which means you'll have flexible work hours enabling better Work-Life balance throughout your tenure.

The remuneration offered would be £400 per day commensurate upon experience level along with other perks related travel reimbursements etc.
