Pod Talent is excited to be collaborating with a fantastic health and well-being e-commerce business who are currently looking to add a Quality Assurance Manager role to their small but growing team based in Central London (4 days in the office).

In this role, you will ensure that all products meet strict safety and quality standards, comply with regulations, and consistently deliver top-notch food safety and quality to consumers.

In this role, you will:

  • Monitor and maintain product testing across all finished goods and raw materials
  • Create and maintain product specifications, along with batch records for every production
  • Proactively engage stakeholders to collaboratively identify, prioritise and solve the most important customer and business problems
  • Keep up to date of and adhering to industry standards, internal specifications and legal compliance with industry regulations and standards
  • Create and implement QC reporting and present to key stakeholders and collaborate with Senior Supply Chain Manager to source alternative suppliers, ensuring they meet the high quality standards

About you…

  • 3 + years in a Quality Assurance role within a FMCG/food & beverage business
  • Excellent communication and negotiations skills 
  • Attention to detail and incredible organisations skills
  • Ability to adapt and think your feet in high pressure situations
  • Proven experience in establishing and implementing QA processes and procedures
