French Teacher

Location: Grantham

Contract: Full-time

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: £30,000 - £46,525 per annum

GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking a passionate and qualified French Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school near Grantham. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire students with a love for languages and help them achieve their full potential in French. The position is available for an immediate start and could lead to a permanent role for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective French lessons to students at Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing tailored support to help them succeed.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and enjoyment of language learning.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and share best practices in language teaching.
• Contribute to the wider school community, including participation in extracurricular activities.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in French or Modern Foreign Languages.
• Experience teaching French in a secondary school setting is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for languages and a commitment to inspiring students.
