Assistant Site Manager

A well known regional house builder within Devon are looking for an assistant site manager to add to their current project in Ilfracombe. The requirement is immediate for the right individual.
The duties are to assist with handovers and work with trades and small elements of customer care. The requirement is initially for 4 weeks although there is a genuine offer of longer term work should this assignment go well.
The individual must have SMSTS, CSCS + First aid and ideally some residentially experience.
