We are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor/Lead. A role where no two days are the same, we need someone who is able to support a team, build relationships with customers and is a dab hand at multitasking.
We require:
- Experience of stock systems
- Previous experience working within the manufacturing industry
- Supervising experience
- Be able to manage multiple tasks
- Drive and motivation
- Relationship building skills with both internal colleagues and external customers
- Experience being accountable for KPI's and tracking staff's progress
- Ability to supervise internal staff whilst also being hands on with customers
- ERP or Stock Management system
