Site Manager Historic Building Repairs
An award-winning specialist stone and façade restoration company require a Freelance Site Manager for major repairs to an historic building in Brighton.
This 40-week contract, valued at £2m, will ideally suit someone with experience in scaffolding, carpentry and roofing works on heritage buildings.
As the Site Manager, you will need to be very health and safety conscious, and have a sound level of communication and diplomacy skills.
You will require a minimum 1st aid, CSCS card and SSSTS.
