Job Title: SEN TA / Challenging Behaviors Support Worker Location: Greenwich Salary: £80-£110 per day (dependent on experience) Start Date: ASAP Contract Type: Temporary, Full-time

Our client, a reputable educational institution based in Greenwich, is currently seeking an experienced SEN TA / Challenging Behaviors Support Worker to join their team. The successful candidate will work closely with students who have special educational needs and/or challenging behaviors, ensuring that they receive the appropriate support and guidance to help them succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting students with special educational needs and/or challenging behaviors, both inside and outside the classroom
• Providing one-to-one or small group support to students
• Assisting with the planning and delivery of lessons, as directed by the class teacher
• Encouraging positive behavior and promoting the inclusion of all students
• Liaising with parents/carers and other professionals, such as speech and language therapists and educational psychologists
• Maintaining accurate records of student progress and behavior

Requirements:

• Experience of working with students with special educational needs and/or challenging behaviors
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work well as part of a team
• A patient, empathetic and understanding approach
• A DBS check on the update service (if not, we can facilitate the application)
