Are you a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a passion for technical sales? Pertemps are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer / Business Development Representative to join a leading hardware manufacturer based in Bingham, Nottinghamshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to thrive in a challenging and rewarding environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and market expansion.
  • Engage with clients and distributers, providing expert technical advice and support on our range of printing equipment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Travel throughout the UK and overseas as required to meet clients and support distributers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share.
 
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in capital equipment sales, ideally within the print and printing equipment industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge related to printing equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage with clients and distributers.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to meet with clients both in the UK and internationally.
  • Reside within 30 minutes of Nottingham (areas such as Newark, Grantham, Leicester, or Nottingham).
 
Hours of work:
  • Monday to Friday, 0700 to 1530.
 
Salary:
  • £35,000 to £45,000 per annum DOE
