What will you learn in your first year as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant?

•  How to recruit candidates and learn the craft of profile/CV writing.
• How to qualify candidates for specific vacancies and assist with the compliance process.
• Your confidence will grow with business development and we will teach you how to master the sales calls, face to face meetings and negotiating rates with clients.
• You will learn the art of interview prep and how to feedback to clients and candidates.
