This exciting opportunity involves collaborating on the 'Payments Development Centre' project for Nationwide Building Society, a well-established financial institution known for providing a range of banking and financial services to its customers.

• Analyse, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients
• Perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep knowledge and experience
• Influence and advise team decisions; engage with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions
• Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams

• Expert proficiency in ACI Payment Systems Base24-Classic
• Advanced proficiency in Design & Build Enablement, Object-Oriented Application Design & Development, and Test Execution and Management
• General understanding of HP Nonstop architecture, scalability, and fault tolerance
• Configuration of requester/server applications
• Knowledge of hierarchical database file structures
• Experience with transaction monitoring facility including rollback/record locking
• Proficiency with file utility programs for maintaining, accessing, and securing Enscribe files
• Strong understanding of ISO8583 (Visa/Link), STM, PSTM, and Tokens
• Skills in Base24 system configuration and control, transaction auditing and diagnostics
• Experience in writing detailed plans for implementing change into production
