We are seeking a dependable and motivated individual to join our well-established client in Lincoln. This role primarily focuses on maintaining a tidy and well-organised yard, along with vehicle movement duties. This is a genuine temp to perm contract, so we are looking for someone dedicated and committed. 

This is a full-time Monday to Friday position, 7:30am to 4:30pm, Hourly Rate £11.50 per hour. 
You must have a full, clean UK driving license and be over the age of 25 to apply for this role. 

Key Responsibilities:
-    Perform general yard duties, including cleaning, organising and maintaining the yard
-    Keep the yard clean, tidy and well-maintained, including regular weeding and the upkeep of the front of house
-    Safely control, park and position vehicles within the business premises
-    Ensure all vehicles are damage-free, secured and organised
-    Maintain a detailed record of vehicle locations for easy access and retrieval.

Requirements:
-    Must be over the age of 25 
-    Clean Valid UK manual driving license with experience driving 3.5-tonne vehicles
-    Physically fit to handle the demands of this role, including working outdoors in all weather conditions
-    Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail
-    Strong organisational skills
-    Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team 
-    Must remain professional at all times when interacting with staff and customers
