Travel Team Leader, Hybrid, £30-35k This well established, independent tour operator specialising in active, family holidays to Europe are looking for an ambitious, dynamic travel team leader/supervisor to join their growing team. This will be a hybrid position between their offices in Hammersmith.

Travel Team Leader Responsibilities

• Knowledgeable about the product and having the confidence and ability to build relationships quickly.
• Passionate about sports and travel
• Ensure Customers always receive high levels of customer service throughout their booking journey.
• Ensure you are maximising commercial opportunity from every call
• Managing and mentoring your team
• KPI management and call monitoring
• On hand to support team
• Have the ability to support the sales team as well as look after your own reservations

Travel Team Leader Skills required:

• Experience in sales, operations or customer service within travel is essential
• Able to work under pressure and multi task.
• A team player
• Passionate about travel
• The ability to build rapport with all levels of clientele.
• Previous Team Leader or Supervisor experience is advantageous.

• Salary paying up to £35,000 plus commission plus other amazing company benefits
