Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time

Responsibilities:

Oversee a busy Heavy Plant Machinery Parts Department, working closely with the service department, technicians, and clients.
Manage Parts for equipment like Shredders, Crushers, Screeners, Conveyors, and Chippers.
Stock Control, Stock Ordering, and Stock Replenishment.
Liaise closely with suppliers and clients.
Handle the moving of parts with a Forklift Truck.
Supervise a Service Administrator.

Our client offers a long-term stable position where you can enjoy the freedom to organise, structure, and manage a busy Parts Department in a newly created role.

As our ideal candidate, you possess knowledge or experience in Plant Machinery or a related industry. In this autonomous and varied role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of your own department. You will oversee Stock Storage, Stock Ordering, record keeping of parts and consumables, and be assisted by a Service Administrator to liaise with Customers, Suppliers, and Field Service Plant fitters.

Joining our well-established and rapidly growing Heavy Plant Dealer, you will be responsible for organising, storing, delivering, and ordering various Heavy Plant equipment Spares and Consumables. This exciting opportunity allows you to work closely with the service department, technicians, and clients, while managing parts for top-quality equipment.

Required:

Experience as a Parts Manager or similar position.
Ideally, a background in Plant Equipment or related industry.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
