Freelance Site Manager

V7 Recruitment are looking for an Internals Site Manager to work for our client on a freelance basis Manchester City Centre! The role will involve working on a large commercial scheme managing the final internal finishes to the project.
Start Date- ASAP
Duration- 5 months
Rate- Negotiable
Hours- 7.30AM-5.30PM
Ideal candidate-
- Previous experience managing internal packages eg. CAT A fitouts
- Able to work autonomously with support from a Project Manager
- The ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
- Excellent subcontractor management
- Good eye for detail
- RDrive/ Snag R experience would be beneficial
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificate
Duties-
- Effectively coordinating trades and labour on site.
- Snagging all internal works.
- Ensuring the project is carried out to a high quality.
- Health & Safety.
