Groomfield Recruitment are looking for 6 Call centre agents for our client based in Solihull Business Park.
Working Hours:
- 08:30-17:30 - Monday to Friday
Pay Rate:
- £11.76- £12.08 per hour
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and courteously responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Receiving high level of inbound calls.
- 100+ outbound calls per day
- Directing calls to the relevant departments with a professional manner.
- Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records using customer relationship software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft software packages
- Experience with 100+ high outbound calls
- Ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
