Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

Our partnered secondary School is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join their dynamic team. This is more than just a job—it's a chance to be an integral part of a vibrant school community that values your contributions.

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8.30am-4pm
  • Long-term, full-time 
  • Local transport links
  • CPD and training throughout Placement

LSA - What We Offer:

  • Impactful Role: Our LSAs play a vital role in both the academic and personal development of our students. You'll work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and a large therapy team to create tailored strategies that help students thrive.

  • Diverse Learning Environment: You'll support students across a range of courses, including Life Skills qualifications, GCSEs, BTECs, and A Levels, ensuring they receive a well-rounded education.

  • Community Engagement: Contribute to the extracurricular activities that are essential to a complete educational experience, helping students grow both inside and outside the classroom.

LSA - Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one learning support and help create an inclusive environment across the school.

  • Work with the SENCo, teachers, and external agencies to develop resources and strategies tailored to individual student needs.

  • Facilitate group activities and encourage positive interactions among students.

  • Attend training and meetings to stay updated on the latest in special educational needs support.
