Site Foreman

We are seeking a dedicated Site Foreman to oversee the reinstatement of a fire-damaged plant in Northwich, Cheshire. The project involves rebuilding three production lines within the main building that were affected by a recent fire incident. Contract duration is approximately 4 months, however this may be extended.
This role is to support multiple contractor activities and available space for works, material, and equipment in a planned and concise rational for an effective timeline with an eye on a priority planned approach.
Key attributes:
· A pragmatic leader with emotional intelligence and sense of leadership and control.
· High levels of communication skills in all its forms and ability to engage and create a ‘can do’ environment by all parties.
· An understanding of compliance with safety standards and building codes.
Responsibilities:
· Overseeing day-to-day operations and future planning in the short term supported by the M&E team on the site, for a clear understanding across all contractors/vendors alike on programme timeline.
· Inspecting work to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.
· Scheduling and coordinating subcontractors and deliveries with working areas internally and externally that effect or impact all stakeholders.
