The Role:

You will oversee the software development lifecycle (SDLC) for frontend applications, guiding a small team of engineers to produce scalable, robust, and cutting-edge solutions across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearheading the planning and development of the frontend codebase, including new features and improvements.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features, enhance automation, and develop a long-term technology roadmap.
• Managing the end-to-end delivery of frontend applications, ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Leading and mentoring your team, providing the right balance of autonomy and guidance to ensure high-quality work and on-time delivery.

About You:

You are a proactive, innovative developer with strong leadership abilities and a passion for crafting exceptional user experiences. You have extensive experience in frontend development, particularly with modern JavaScript frameworks, and are comfortable taking full ownership of the development process.

Essential Criteria:

• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Expertise in JavaScript & TypeScript (VueJS or React)
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS
• Experience with Git and CI pipelines
• Strong understanding of HTTP REST APIs
• A keen eye for performance optimization and a commitment to maintaining a clean, readable codebase
• Familiarity with TDD, BDD, or Agile methodologies
• Strong communication skills in English
