Reed Marketing and Creative are working with a growing family run retail brand in Birmingham who are now looking to build on their marketing and online team internally!

This is an awesome opportunity for someone who has managed a team; who understands websites from merchandising to PPC and to UX/UI. It's a chance for someone to work with the Directors on strategy but also be a part of he day to day running of the website with one of the aims being footfall to stores as well as increase online purchase:

Duties include:

  • Manage in-house creative content and design for advertising and other marketing materials
  • Working with the development agency on website development and improvement
  • Managing the team
  • Research and implement new trends and technologies to keep on top of the game
  • Analyse data and performance

The successful candidate will have previous website/e-commerce management in some remit; having absolutely managed a team previously. You can juggle multiple projects and change the lingo you are using dependant on who you are talking to. You will be able to understand the top line strategy and filter that down.

In return you work for a company who pride themselves on quality products and great customer service. There will be places to grow and develop and play an integral part in how the website performs. Ideally you come from retail, e-commerce or FMCG but this is not a pre requisite. Salary is up to £40k dependant one experience and this is an office based role.
