About the role: SEN TA:  Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? Join our vibrant team as an SEN Teaching Assistant in a wonderful 4-form entry junior school and nursery nestled in a charming Edwardian building in Harrow. In this role, you’ll support a dedicated teacher in one of our specialized ARP (Additional Resource Provision) classes, working with Key Stage 1 students who have Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You’ll be a key part of our inclusive environment, helping to ensure each child receives the tailored support they need to thrive.

Application Requirements: 

• Relevant experience or qualifications in supporting children with SEND.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A patient, empathetic, and proactive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.

 Key Responsibilities: 

• Support the teacher in delivering personalised learning to students with ASD.
• Assist in creating a positive, engaging classroom environment.
• Provide one-on-one support to students, helping them to meet their individual learning goals.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive approach to student support.
