Recruitment Pursuits have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Branch Manager to join a very successful and well known Recruitment Agency.
They are looking for a dynamic Branch Manager to lead their established Southampton team. The role is self-generating telesales, team and account management of their already busy client base, so will suit a self-starter with excellent time management.

Responsibilities:

• To introduce the services to prospective customers
• To generate and action own leads to develop new opportunities
• To manage prospects and leads through CRM
• To manage their extensive and busy client base with site visits
• To prepare appropriate sales literature
• To maintain all MI for key clients
• To Increase client relationships with current, old and new clients
• To manage the branch team to deliver a great service to their clients
• To manage the teams daily and weekly KPIs
• To manage, train and develop current staff
• To use various marketing tools to increase local client awareness
• To lead by example within all disciplines – sales and service
• To ensure all processes and procedures are adhered to
• To carry out any additional duties that they may reasonably be expected to perform outside of normal hours of work

The successful candidate will have:

• The ability to sell/develop business
• A proven track record of being in a similar role or having a strong Recruitment consultant background
• Strong customer service experience within a fast paced changing environment
• The ability to communicate at all levels from colleague to director
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads which continually change
• Computer literacy skills– outlook, excel and word
• The ability  to report critical information accurately and to tight deadlines
• A common sense approach to problem solving
• The ability to motivate a team to get results
• A Full UK driving licence is also required
