Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Commercial  Portfolio - Central London - Up to £42,000 

CBW is currently recruiting for an established Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work across a commercial portfolio around Central London area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial building maintenance, will work in a number of commercial contracts based in and around London. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary, further training, and career progression.   Hours of work
  • Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm - 40 hour week
Key Responsibilities 
  • Ensure that the Contractual efficiently meets all the relevant KPI & SLA requirements.
  • Carry out Electrical PPM's and reactive maintenance 
  • Work as part of a team utilising other skills as required.
  • AHU / FCU / HVAC Maintenance 
  • PPM and reactive Maintenance on Electrical, Mechanical and Building Fabrics
  • PAT testing
  • General Building Maintenance 
  • Helpdesk Requests and to assess the requirements of the job and carry out repairs as and where necessary.
Package
  • Basic Salary of up to £42,000
  • Door to door travel

Requirements
  • City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 Electrical or Equivalent 
  • 17th or 18th Edition
  • A good knowledge of electrical services
  • Sound level of administration and organisational skills
  • General Building Maintenance
  • Multi-Skilled
  • Work overtime when required
  • Mechanical experience desirable
