Business Manager / Transaction Manager

• £40k Basic - £60k OTE
• Hours: 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday (some weekend flexibility may be required)

Our client requires a Business Manager / Transaction Manager to join their successful sales department in the Redhill area

Working for an Automotive well-established and successful Franchised Car Dealership, the successful Business / Transaction Manager will become an integral cog in this Prestige Brand.

The Successful Business / Transaction Manager can expect On Target Earnings of £60,000 with a base salary of £40,000.

The hours of work for this Business / Transaction Manager role is 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday (some weekend flexibility may be required).
 
Duties of a Business / Transaction Manager for our Client

• Understanding all aspects of financial and insurance product regulation
• Monitoring Finance and Insurance performance against company budget
• Supporting the Car Sales staff on a daily basis
• Build a rapport with Customers 

The successful Business / Transaction Manager will

• Have a previous Business / Transaction Manager experience within a Dealership environment
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• A proven Career History as a Business / Transaction Manager– with figures to prove it
• Experience in managing and supporting a car sales team
