Maintenance Engineer

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very established maintenance team as a mobile maintenance engineer with high earning potential for carrying out mainly planned preventative maintenance with an element of first line reactive work on building services with commercial properties.

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Engineer

• Working in a commercial office maintenance environment
• Carrying out daily, weekly, and monthly PPM regime across the offices.
• Emergency lighting test, tap temp tests, visual inspections etc.
• Minor plumbing repairs
• Fan Coil Servicing
• Basic electrical work such as circuit testing, plug and socket replacement.
• Escorting visiting contractors and supporting on site engineering services

This is a very busy commercial office facility, there is a full mobile engineering team of 16 people in place with full management backup and administrative support.

The hours are 08:00 – 17:00
