Our client is looking for Consumer Care Advisors to join their team on a temp basis

Location: Canary Wharf
Salary: £24.5K per annum (Pro rata)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Operational Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 10pm, Saturday 8am - 5pm - you will be put on a static shift pattern once successful.

About the Role:

As a Consumer Care Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for consumers, providing support across all contact channels. Whether it's answering questions, handling complaints, or managing orders, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring every consumer interaction reflects the quality and care that our client is known for. You'll be working closely with the existing team, following established procedures, and using your excellent communication skills to provide personalised solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver top-notch customer care across various channels (phone, email, social media, etc.)
  • Handle consumer queries and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Collaborate to manage orders and ensure consumer satisfaction.
  • Adapt your communication style to meet the unique needs of each consumer.
  • Uphold the client's reputation by adhering to their quality processes and standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Previous customer care experience, ideally within the food industry.
  • Proficiency with IT tools such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including some evenings and weekends.
  • A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a love for teamwork.
