Taylor Stevenson are proud to be working with a small and growing warehouse based in Bradford who are looking for an experienced warehouse manager to join their team. They are an automotive supplier!
This is a small warehouse who huge opportunities to grow and expand.
Responsibilities-
- Manage and motivate a team of warehouse staff
- Implement changes to improve on the warehouse and KPIs
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and transport companies
- Keep stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate
- Plan future capacity requirements
- Organise the recruitment and training of staff
Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse management role
- Worked within an automotive industry
- Knowledge of profit loss analysis, warehouse management systems, supply chain operations, and business processes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in using computerised systems to monitor stock levels
Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm with early finish of 5pm on a Friday.
Salary- £30k-£37k dependant on experience
