Job Title: Project Manager

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Developing and maintaining project plans, including task schedules, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Collaborating with key stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
• Managing project risks and issues, and implementing suitable mitigation strategies.
• Leading project teams, assigning tasks, and providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitoring project progress and performance, producing regular reports, and making necessary adjustments to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Conducting regular project reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement best practises.
• Keeping up to date with industry trends, standards, and best practises.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Project Manager in a similar role.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Strong leadership abilities and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• A valid driving licence.
