Property Accountant
We are exclusively working with a brilliant, reputable business that is looking to hire several Property Accountants to join their team on a permanent basis due to the company’s successful growth. You will be responsible for your own portfolio of service charge clients ensuring that service charge certificates and statutory accounts for clients are finalised within required timeframes. You will also be involved in report generation for the property portfolios!
Ideally you will:
- Have experience within service charge accounting; budgets, expenditure, service charge reconciliation and rent reviews
- Be looking for a friendly team and business to be a part of
- Have the desire to develop over time with the same company
