Job Description:
As an M&E Contract Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing project execution and delivery. Responsibilities include:

  • Attend site initiation meetings and oversee all mechanical aspects to ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery.
  • Responsible for all M&E aspects of projects.
  • Overseeing projects up to £10 million which generally consists of a Site Supervisor/Manager and subcontract labour.
  • Commercial Mechanical projects up to the value of £3m (M&E) – Commercial, Factory, Industrial, Education etc.
  • Lead project teams to ensure technical precision in deliverables
  • Conduct technical reviews
  • Demonstrate sound commercial acumen
  • Manage procurement of subcontractors and materials
  • Continuously monitor project schedules, costs, and quality
  • Provide progress reports to senior management
  • Prepare site-specific Health & Safety Documentation
  • Identify and address health & safety requirements
  • Facilitate project handovers and closures
  • Participate in meetings with subcontractors to ensure punctual project delivery.
  • Attend general site meetings and address any raised concerns promptly.


Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in an M&E Contracts Manager or similar role.
  • Successful track record of delivering large-scale projects (up to £5M)
  • SMSTS / Black CSCS
  • Experience in managing projects.
