A new start and development opportunity for any qualified litigator with insolvency expertise.

Join a highly-regarded legal 500 Dispute Resolution and Litigation team specialising in providing bespoke solutions to clients in all forms of litigation, arbitration, and Alternative Dispute Resolution. The team as a whole deal with a broad a variety of work, this role specifically focuses on insolvency related disputes.

The firm have some excellent partners with strength in depth in the calibre of solicitors they attract across a number of locations. They will provide all the key ingredient for any ambitious solicitor who is keen to develop and establish themselves at the practice.

The role offers the opportunity to be involved with:

  • Both Claimants and Defendants across a broad range of commercial sectors
  • Managing your own matters, from obtaining initial instructions through to achieving a resolution to the dispute.
  • Working with / acting for acting for both Insolvency Practitioners and Directors
  • Advising clients on procedure and alternative dispute resolution processes.
