The role offers the opportunity to be involved with representing claimants and estates regarding grounds for contesting a Will and claims made pursuant to the Inheritance Act 1975. Including but not limited to:

• Matters where no Will exists
• Claims for further provision
• Disputed matters in relation to Trusts
• Protecting the interests of vulnerable people
• Professional negligence claims
• Removing/challenging appointment of Executors
• Court applications / retrieving /establishing values of complex assets
