- Agree and progress lets through to move-in
- Preferably experienced in lettings
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
- Exceptional customer care/customer service experience
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in IT (MS Office, internet, email systems)
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
