We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered MH Nurse to join Med Team as an agency nurse to cover various shifts within the Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and demonstrate expertise in medication administration and anatomy knowledge.
Duties
- Deliver exceptional patient care in accordance with established nursing standards
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting any changes to the medical team
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans
Requirements
- Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
- Minimum of 6 months UK experience
- Proven experience in a clinical setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
