About the role:

There is a current need for an Assistant Bid Writer to join the team in their Chesham offices. The role will include:

Bid Preparation:

  • Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading bid documents.
  • Compile and format information according to client requirements and company standards.
  • Ensure all bid documents are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Business Development Manager to gather necessary information.

Document Management:

  • Maintain and update a library of standard bid documents, templates, and case studies.
  • Ensure all bid-related documentation is organized and easily accessible.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in writing, research, or a related field is advantageous but not required.
  • Knowledge of the bid and proposal process is a plus, but comprehensive training will be provided.

About the requirements:

This role would be perfect for someone who has just left school or university. The ideal candidate would have a GSCE grade B/ Grade 7 or above in English Literature.
