At Copperstone we hold a holistic view and can adapt to the client’s requirements providing all or some of the services as detailed above and search for the most financially viable solution for the client and the surrounding environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates by analysing project drawings, specifications, and related documents.
• Perform quantity take-offs for materials, labour, and plant using estimation software and manual methods.
• Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing, negotiate costs, and verify quotes.
• Maintain and update a database of costs, materials, and labour rates.
• Assist in the preparation of bid packages, including cost summaries, clarifications, and supporting documents.
• Help identify and assess potential risks, providing input for mitigation strategies.
• Support the preparation of detailed reports.
• Continuously improve skills by attending training sessions and staying updated on industry standards and best practices.

Location and Benefits
The job role is based at our Chessington office in Surrey, with potential to work from home.
