Job Title: Electrical Project Manager

Salary: £90,000 - £105,000 (Plus additional company benefits)

I am seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager with a strong design and build background for a high-profile commercial office project in Central London.

This role is with one of the UK's leading M&E building services contractors, renowned for delivering innovative and complex projects in the commercial office, residential, critical services, and mixed-use sectors. My client has a well-established presence in Central London, with an expanding portfolio of prestigious projects ranging from £15 million to £100 million in M&E value.

Due to a series of successful project wins and a rapidly growing order book, my client is looking for a highly skilled Electrical Project Manager to lead the delivery of a £40 million design and build commercial office development. This project is part of the client's ongoing expansion in London and is commutable from the surrounding counties of Essex, Kent, Surrey, Buckinghamshire, and Hertfordshire.

Responsibilities/Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 8 years' experience working in a similar position within the M&E sector.
• Proven track record of delivering commercial office projects from inception to completion, with project values upwards of £20 million M&E.
• Strong experience in design and build projects, working closely with design teams, architects, and engineers.
• Ability to coordinate and manage full site teams, including subcontractors, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within set timeframes.
• Administer procurement of sub-packages, contracts, and materials.
• Liaise effectively with clients, handling design variations and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular meetings with the Operations Director, providing updates on project progress, design, and financials.
• Maintain excellent relationships with the site team, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Ensure that all projects adhere to the highest standards of health and safety regulations.
• Oversee weekly design, progress, and commercial meetings, ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget.

Remuneration Package

• Highly competitive basic salary of up to £105,000, based on experience and performance.
