Hours: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week) | Part-Time Considered (Minimum 30 hours/week)

We are currently recruiting for a leading training provider in their search for a Compliance Administrator on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will join a dedicated compliance team and play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the organisation's compliance standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and experienced Compliance Administrator who is ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role within a thriving business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead external audits and coordinate with funding partners to ensure full compliance.
  • Conduct thorough monthly internal funding audits in line with the deep dive audit strategy.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports, identifying areas of improvement and recommending strategies.
  • Recommend and implement system controls and enhancements to funding documentation.
  • Create and deliver training programs related to new funding paperwork and compliance processes.
  • Support continuous improvement by training internal staff on compliance requirements.
  • Ensure all funding and compliance paperwork is up to date and aligned with contract requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant funding regulations.
  • Collaborate with operational staff, subcontractors, and external partners to drive compliance efforts.
  • Manage ad hoc projects as directed by the Admin & Compliance Manager.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in funding audits, compliance, and data analysis.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in creating and delivering presentations.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of ESFA and other relevant funding rules and regulations.
  • Minimum of GCSE grade C in English and Maths or equivalent.
