Mechanical Project Manager / Contracts Manager
True is partnering with a global M&E contractor that specialises in the data center and commercial sectors. Serving as the Principal Contractor, they collaborate directly with end-users to deliver sustainable M&E solutions across a range of projects.
They’re looking to recruit a Project Manager / Contracts Manager to oversee and take charge of a brand new £25M warehouse project, A Gregs distribution hub in Derby. You will oversee the coordination and delivery of project plant and equipment, ensure all site activity and project progression is reported effectively to the client.
The business is looking to grow considerably in the coming years, from £120M to what could be £250M. They've recently acquired a Business Unit Lead who will guide them through this course of growth.
Keen to speak with Project Managers / Contracts Manager who have a background managing M&E sites with values ranging from £10M-£25M. We’re ideally looking for PM’s with strong Mechanical and client facing backgrounds.

75,000 Base Salary
22 Days + Bank Holidays
