The responsibilities of the Quality Manager role are as follows:

• Being the interface between the customer and company
• Manage the Quality department and assist in any problem solving  
• Work as a team to ensure the company complies with ISO 9001
• Implement new improvement strategies

The skills required to fulfil the role of Quality Manager are as follows:

• A proven background in implementing Lean Manufacture and Kaizen techniques
• Experience of Statistical process control and problem recording and solving techniques
• Experience in liaising with customers
• Experience of AS9100 would be advantageous
• Proven problem solving experience
