We have an exciting opportunity for an SEN Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated team at a wonderful all-age (0-19) school in Barnet this September. • Provide tailored support: Work one-on-one and in small groups with pupils who have a variety of special educational needs, ensuring each child receives the personalised attention they need to succeed.
• Assist in lesson delivery: Help teachers plan and deliver engaging lessons, modifying materials and activities to suit the unique needs of each student.
• Collaborate with professionals: Work closely with teachers, therapists, and other staff to create a comprehensive support system that fosters each child's development.
• Promote positive behavior: Help manage classroom behavior by using positive reinforcement and restorative practices, contributing to a calm and productive learning environment.
• Support personal care and mobility: Assist students with personal care and mobility needs, ensuring they are safe, comfortable, and respected.
