QA Automation Engineer |Contract | Galway

Due to a sudden increase in growth within their market, my client is looking for a Contract QA Automation Engineer to work with them for a minimum of 6 months with possible extension.
This role offers an opportunity to work with a reputable organisation during an exciting time of growth and expansion, as well as a competitive daily rate of €450 and hybrid working (1 day on site per week).
Responsibilities:
- Create test cases to identify areas that require improvement in line with the test plan.
- Develop a testing strategy that will cover all stages of the developmental lifecycle.
- Identify key issues and ensure that the correct action has been taken by engineers
- Work to agreed quality standards and industry best practices with a strong drive towards CI/CD, DevOps and automation.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years Test automation experience including building frameworks
- Experience of working with Python as a programming language
- Experience of agile environment
- Knowledge of cloud services eg AWS, Azure etc
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
